LASIK Testimonials
Chris Larson:
"I've worn glasses for over thirty years. But since Dr. Allen performed my laser sugery, I don't wear them anymore. I'm a real outdoorsman -- I hunt, fish and golf -- and what a luxury it's been to live life without glasses. I put off having the surgery for several years out of fear that it might be a painful experience, but now I wish I had gone ahead with the surgery years ago. It was completely pain-free, just as Dr. Allen assured me it would be, and within a just a few weeks my vision was perfect. I met Dr. Allen in an exercise class a while ago. He always conducts himself professionally. He's extremely competent and trustworthy."
Sally Jacobsen:
"Before the surgery, an eye doctor told me that without my glasses I was considered legally blind. My glasses were so large and heavy that they caused sores behind my ears and they kept slipping down my nose. I was highly interested in having laser surgery done, but I was extremely fearful. I attended Dr. Allen's seminar and he answered all my questions and put me at ease regarding the surgery. he said it would not be painful and he was right! If anyone out there is scared and putting the surgery off out of fear, I'm here to tell them that there is nothing to fear! Having Dr. Allen perform my laser surgery was the easiest and best thing I've ever done for myself. It was a very pleasant experience."
Pat Opitz:
"My sister had excellent results following LASIK surgery performed by Dr. Allen, so my husband and I set up an appointment to meet him. Dr. Allen is a real peach. He has a great sense of humor, which is important when you're dealing with something like this. He was able to calm our fears about the surgery and we both decided to have it done. Before the surgery, I had very poor vision in my right eye. I had to wear a contact in that eye as well as trifocal glasses. Now, my vision is excellent and I only require reading glasses, which I could probably do without for the most part. I recommend Dr. Allen and LASIK surgery very highly. I have found that most people who wear glasses are interested in having the surgery done, but are fearful. I'd like to say that the surgery is done and over with so quickly -- and the very next day you can see better than you can imagine. If I had to do it again, I would in a heartbeat. There's absolutely nothing to fear."
